As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ATS platform, driving innovation, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our clients. 

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of the Applicant Tracking Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class ATS solutions that empower our clients to streamline their recruitment processes. 
Responsibilities: 
  1. Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our ATS platform, aligning with the company's overall business objectives. 
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Translate findings into actionable insights to inform product decisions. 
  3. Product Roadmap: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact. 
  4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the product strategy. 
  5. User Experience: Champion the user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer satisfaction. 
  6. Feature Definition: Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Clearly communicate requirements to the development team to ensure accurate implementation. 
  7. Release Management: Oversee the release process, ensuring timely and successful product launches. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. 
  8. Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance. Use data-driven insights to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement. 
  9. Client Engagement: Act as a product evangelist by engaging with clients, gathering feedback, and understanding their evolving needs. Use this feedback to enhance existing features and identify opportunities for new product development. 
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the Applicant Tracking Industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with industry standards.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
